9种常见笛鲷微卫星位点筛选与遗传多样性分析

Abstract:
??利用从勒氏笛鲷lutjanusrusselli基因组文库中筛选得到37对微卫星引物对笛鲷属9个习见种红鳍笛鲷??l.erythropterus、紫红笛鲷l.argentimaculatus、星点笛鲷l.stellatus、约氏笛鲷l.johnii、千年笛鲷l.sebae、金带笛鲷l.fulvus、金焰笛鲷l.fulviflamma、画眉笛鲷l.vitta与奥氏笛鲷l.ophuysenii的微卫星位点进行筛选和分析。9个种都能检测到的微卫星位点有10个,部分种能检测到的有13个。9种笛鲷hardy–weinberg平衡下的平均期望杂合度在0.730―1.000,平均观测杂合度在0.716―0.915,偏离指数(d)为-0.002―-0.214。微卫星位点杂合度的分析表明目前笛鲷属鱼类存在较高的遗传多样性水平。另发现9个种的笛鲷都出现了杂合子缺失的情况,缺失的原因有待于进一步的研究予以解释。
