kopsiasingapurensis提取物对酸性介质中低碳钢的缓蚀效应Keywords: corrosioninhibitor,kopsiasingapurensis,mildsteel,polarization,impedance,sem,ftir Abstract: theinfluenceofthealkaloidextractofkopsiasingapurensisonthecorrosionbehaviorofmildsteel(ms)in1mol·l-1hcland1mol·l-1h2so4wasstudiedusingelectrochemicaltechniques,viz.,potentiodynamicpolarizationandacimpedance.theexperimentalresultsclearlyshowthattheplantextracteffectivelyinhibitscorrosioninbothacidmediaandtheinhibitionefficiencyobtainedfromtheelectrochemicaltechniquesisingoodagreement.furthermore,thepolarizationtechniqueindicatesthattheextractactsasananodictypeinhibitorinhclandasamixedtypeinh2so4.scanningelectronmicroscopy(sem)wascarriedouttoexaminethesurfacemorphologicalchangesofmetalspecimensinboththeinhibitedanduninhibitedsolutions.semimagesshowtheformationofanadsorbedlayeroverthemetalsurfacebytheinhibitormolecule.thepresenceofalkaloidalconstituentsintheplantextractwasconfirmedbyfouriertransforminfrared(ftir)spectroscopyandchemicalanalysis.
