Abstract:
？在概括大宗交易特征和国外图书馆面临的大宗交易困境的基础上，总结归纳了国外图书馆的若干应对措施，如进行新的交易合同谈判、改为以按品种选购、按篇付费、馆际互借、借助开放存取资源等形式满足读者对电子期刊资源的需求等，指出了国外图书馆这些应对措施对国内图书馆的借鉴意义。
