Abstract:
？信息通晓是21世纪信息技术高度发达对公民素质提出的必然要求,也是新时期高校教育目标之一。它的提出绝非偶然,而是有着深刻的时代背景和扎实的理论基础。文章将对信息通晓源起的时代背景和理论背景做深入的调查和分析,研究信息通晓概念的发展与内涵的延伸,总结其能力标准,为进一步探索信息通晓培育模式做初步的准备。
