Abstract:

?iron-manganesecatalystswerepreparedbyco-precipitationmethod.characterizationofcatalystswascarriedoutbyusingx-raydiffraction(xrd),scanningelectronmicroscopy(sem),temperatureprogramreduction(tpr),n2adsorption-desorptionmeasurements.theresultsfromcatalyticperformancetestsinfischer-tropschsynthesisshowedthattheiron-manganesecatalystsaresupersensitivetocatalystcompositionandmaterialssource.itwasfoundthatc2~4lightolefinsincreasedwhilech4andco2decreasedbyusingiron-manganesecatalystpreparedfromiron(ⅱ)sulfate(acatalyst).theactivityandselectivityofacatalystwasstudiedindifferentoperationalconditions.theresultsshowedthatthebestoperationalconditionsforc2~4lightolefinsproductionwereh2/co=1/1(ghsv=2400h-1)at260℃under0.3mpatotalpressure.
