Abstract:

?the15%(co-mn)/tio2,(co/mn=1/6)catalystwaspreparedusingfusionprocedureandstudiedfortheconversionofsynthesisgastoc2~4olefins.theeffectsofcalcinationconditionsandoperationconditionssuchastheh2/comolarfeedratioatdifferenttemperatures,gashourlyspacevelocity(ghsv)andtotalreactionpressureonthecatalyticperformanceofcatalystwereinvestigated.thestabilityofthecatalystduring150hatoptimaloperationconditions(t=250℃h2/co=2/1,ghsv=1500h-1andp=0.3mpa)hasbeeninvestigated.itisfoundthatthiscatalystishighstableforproductionc2~4olefins.characterizationsofbothprecursorsandcalcinedcatalystsbypowderx-raydiffraction,scanningelectronmicroscopy(sem),brunauer-emmett-teller(bet)specificsurfaceareameasurementandthermalanalysismethodssuchasthermalgravimetricanalysis(tga)anddifferentialscanningcalorimetry(dsc)showthatthedifferentpreparationmethodinfluencesthecatalystprecursorstructureandmorphology.
