制备方法对fe2o3/al2o3-zro2在乙苯脱氢反应中催化性能的影响

Abstract:

?为提高含铁催化剂的脱氢活性,采用浸渍法和一步沉淀法制备了fe、al和zr含量相同的f4az10-imp和f4az10-pre催化剂,在550℃考察了其在乙苯co2氧化脱氢制苯乙烯反应过程中的催化性能,并结合xrd、n2-吸附、nh3-tpd、co2-tpd和h2-tpr等表征手段对催化剂进行了分析。结果表明,与浸渍法相比,一步沉淀法制备的催化剂更有利于活性组分fe2o3在催化剂表面的分散及反应物co2的转化。
