Abstract:

?catalyticpyrolysisofchinesedaqingatmosphericresidueonacommercialfluidcatalyticcracking(fcc)catalystwasinvestigatedinaconfinedfluidizedbedreactor.theresultsshowthatthecommercialfcccatalysthasgoodcapabilityofcrackingatmosphericresiduetolightolefins.theanalysisofgassamplesshowsthatthecontentoftotallightolefinsincrackedgasisabove80%.theanalysisofliquidsamplesshowsthatthecontentofaromaticsinliquidsamplesrangesfrom60%to80%,anditincreaseswiththeenhancementofreactiontemperature.theyieldoftotallightolefinsshowsamaximumwiththeincreaseofreactiontemperature,theweightratiosofcatalyst-to-oilandsteam-to-oil,respectively.theoptimalreactiontemperature,theweightratiosofcatalyst-to-oilandsteam-to-oilareabout650℃,15and0.75,respectively.
