Abstract: ？以加速寿命方程作为应力模型,解决利用不同环境应力下可靠性增长试验数据,求试验结束时设备可靠度的置信下限问题.并以逆幂率模型为例,给出了模型参数的极大似然估计,进而求出可靠度的置信下限.模拟研究结果表明,上述方法效果良好.
