社交焦虑障碍的功能连接异常, PP. 1763-1769 Keywords: socialanxietydisorder,resting-statenetwork,functionalconnectivity,amygdala,prefrontalcortex Abstract: ?inrecentyears,agrowingnumberofstudieshaveusedresting-statefunctionalmrimethodstoexploretheunderlyingbrainmechanismsofsocialanxietydisorder(sad),andreportedabnormalfunctionalconnectivitybetweentheamygdalaandtheprefrontalcortexaswellasseveralresting-statenetworks,includingthecentralexecutivenetwork,thedefaultmodelnetwork,theself-referentialnetwork,thedorsalattentionnetworkandthecorenetwork,allofwhichplayimportantroleinthegenerationandmaintenanceofanxietysymptoms.thepresentstudysummarizesthesefindingsofresting-statefunctionalconnectivityinsadandprovidesevidenceforaneuralbasisinthediagnosisandinterventionofsadinthefuture.
