Abstract:

采用卵母细胞裂解液重编程体细胞为多能干细胞是体细胞重编程的一个新思路,该方法主要是通过体细胞与卵母细胞裂解液的共孵育,使得体细胞在形态、基因和功能等方面发生改变,趋向于胚胎干细胞的方向发展。就卵母细胞裂解液重编程体细胞的研究现状、影响因素及存在的问题进行综述。
