甘蔗工艺成熟期SS和SPS酶活性与糖分积累的相关性研究

Abstract:

以工艺成熟期甘蔗品种GT28(早熟)和ROC22(早中熟)+1叶和不同节间为材料,分析SPS、SS合成和SS分解方向酶活性与节间糖分积累的相关性。结果表明,+1叶中SPS、SS合成和分解方向的酶活性比蔗茎中高,说明+1叶代谢活跃,是蔗茎糖分不断积累的物质基础。节间SPS酶活性与节间锤度、可溶性总糖和蔗糖含量都正相关,GT28节间SPS酶活性比ROC22中高。节间SS合成方向酶活性与锤度和蔗糖含量都负相关,GT28中SS合成方向酶活性比ROC22中低。而SS分解方向酶活性与ROC22节间锤度、可溶性糖和蔗糖含量都呈负相关,与GT28中呈正相关,未达到显著水平。说明成熟期节间SPS和SS合成方向酶活性提高有利于蔗糖的积累,而随着节间成熟,蔗糖含量可能是促使SS酶活性由合成方向向分解方向转化的一个重要调节因子。
