植物ICE1-CBF冷反应通路的激活与调控研究进展

Abstract:

植物细胞可能是通过细胞膜流动性的改变引起胞质Ca2+浓度变化来感受低温信号的。胞质Ca2+浓度升高引起胞内多种钙调节蛋白的活性变化,再经过级联反应激活冷反应基因,增强植物的抗低温能力。目前,已基本清楚,冷反应基因激活的一条主要途径是ICE1-CBF调节通路。概括介绍了近年来植物低温信号感受、转导、冷反应基因的表达激活和调节方面的研究概况,旨在为植物冷驯化的进一步研究奠定理论基础。
