Abstract:

2-苯基丙酸作为布洛芬合成过程中的一种重要的医药中间体,目前对其的生产及应用正在逐年增加,但价格十分昂贵。对野生红球菌Rhodococcussp.G14生物催化异丙苯合成2-苯基丙酸的条件进行探索。利用响应面优化方法,得到菌体生长最适培养基,分批培养OD600可达到19.82。单因素试验优化菌体反应时间、反应温度、反应菌浓、底物浓度、渗透处理,获得最佳催化条件下2-苯基丙酸产量为14.30mg/L,为后续优化提高打下了基础。
