微生物蛋白与转基因作物蛋白等同性比较

Abstract:

转基因作物的风险性评估一般需要大量的转基因蛋白,但是人们很难从转基因作物中表达纯化出足够量的蛋白。然而,人们可以通过微生物过表达系统获得大量的纯化蛋白,如果可以用微生物蛋白来代替转基因蛋白进行风险性研究,就可以解决这一难题,但是微生物蛋白与转基因蛋白必须在生化特性与功能特性上具有等同性。简要介绍一套典型的比较微生物蛋白和转基因蛋白等同性的方法,为利用微生物蛋白进行转基因作物的风险性评估提供参考。
