一株螯合球菌HB-4的分离及多相分类鉴定

Abstract:

自华北油田地层水中分离得到的细菌HB-4,对其进行形态学、生理生化特征鉴定、化学成分分析以及遗传特征测定,并结合16SrRNA基因序列分子生物学鉴定及系统发育学分析。结果表明,该菌株归属于螯合球菌属(Chelatococcussp.),并且可鉴定为大邱螯合球菌(Chelatococcusdaeguensis)。其最适生长温度为37℃,主要极性脂为DPG、PE、PG及PC,醌为Q-10,主要脂肪酸组成分别为C18:1ω7c(47.01%)和C19:0cycloω8c(21.83%),HB-4具有氧化酶、接触酶、酯酶(C4)、类脂酯酶(C8)、白氨酸芳胺酶、缬氨酸芳胺酶、胱氨酸芳胺酶、胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶、酸性磷酸酶及萘酚-AS-BI-磷酸水解酶等酶活性。
