麦洼牦牛TLR3基因编码区的克隆及生物信息学分析

Abstract:

利用分子克隆技术成功获得麦洼牦牛TLR3编码区基因序列,采用相关分析及预测软件对基因及其编码的蛋白质进行基本理化性质、二级结构及结构域等分析预测。结果表明该基因包含了1个2715bp的开放阅读框,编码904个氨基酸;所编码的蛋白质二级结构主要由α螺旋及无规则卷曲为主;TLR3基因进化树及基因同源性比对结果表明TLR3基因及其保守,牦牛TLR3基因与黄牛、绵羊和马等哺乳动物遗传距离很近。
