细胞凋亡中MicroRNA的调控作用

Abstract:

MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小RNA,广泛存在于多种生物体内,通过调控靶基因的转录表达影响各种生命活动。细胞凋亡是细胞受到外部或者内部刺激后自发启动的基因控制的程序性死亡。最近几年,越来越多的研究表明miRNAs通过靶向调控凋亡基因或者凋亡信号传导从而直接或间接地参与到细胞凋亡的产生和发展。综述miRNA和细胞凋亡的关系,揭示miRNA调控细胞凋亡的分子机制。
