不同剂型中链甘油三酯对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、肠道吸收能力及血液指标的影响

Abstract:

本研究旨在探讨不同剂型中链甘油三酯(medium-chaintriglycerides,MCT)对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、肠道吸收能力及血液指标的影响。试验选用90头22日龄的断奶仔猪(杜×长×大),随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂含2.9%豆油的基础饲粮,试验组分别以1.4%液体MCT、1.4%固体MCT替代同一水平的豆油,试验期28d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1~14d,固体MCT使断奶仔猪平均日增重显著提高了13.15%(P<0.05),显著提高了试验第14天断奶仔猪血液中D-木糖的含量(P<0.05);2种剂型MCT均显著提高了试验第14天断奶仔猪血液中总蛋白的含量(P<0.05);固体MCT显著降低了试验第14天断奶仔猪血液中尿素氮的含量(P<0.05)。试验15~28d及试验全期(1~28d)的各项指标,3组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,MCT替代部分豆油可促进断奶后2周内仔猪肠道吸收能力的恢复,改善蛋白质代谢,进而对断奶仔猪生长性能有一定促进作用。
