饲粮代谢能和可消化赖氨酸水平对肉仔鸡排泄物化学组成及主要臭气化合物含量的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能(ME)和可消化赖氨酸(DLys)水平对肉仔鸡排泄物的化学组成及主要臭气化合物含量的影响。试验采用2×3两因子交叉试验设计,包括2个ME水平:12.55、13.18MJ/kg,3个DLys水平:0.80%、0.95%、1.10%,依据理想氨基酸平衡模式配制6种试验饲粮。选取360只21日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期21d。结果表明:1)高ME低DLys组肉仔鸡排泄物苏氨酸(Thr)、缬氨酸(Val)、蛋氨酸(Met)、亮氨酸(Leu)和氮(N)含量最低,高ME中DLys组异亮氨酸(Ile)、赖氨酸(Lys)、组氨酸(His)、精氨酸(Arg)含量最低,低ME低DLys组总能(GE)、磷(P)含量最低。2)肉仔鸡排泄物挥发性盐基氮与总有机酸含量随饲粮ME水平的升高而增加。ME与DLys的互作效应对挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量有极显著影响(P<0.01),低ME组VFA含量随DLys水平的升高而增加,高ME组VFA含量随DLys水平升高而降低。pH随ME、DLys水平的升高而降低。综上所述,在本试验条件下,有利于减少肉仔鸡排泄物N、P、挥发性盐基氮等主要臭气化合物含量的适宜ME和DLys水平分别为12.55MJ/kg和0.80%(ME/DLys=1.549MJ/g)或13.18MJ/kg和0.80%(ME/DLys=1.198MJ/g)。
