瘤胃壁黏附细菌的多样性及其影响因素

Abstract:

受纯培养方法的限制,瘤胃壁黏附细菌群体结构和功能的研究发现相对较少,但近几年随着分子生物学和生物信息学的快速发展,尤其是16SrDNA文库和聚合酶链反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳结合(PCR-DGGE)的应用,瘤胃壁黏附细菌的多样性研究越来越多。本文将从瘤胃壁黏附细菌的多样性、影响因素和功能3个方面对其研究进展进行综述。
