膨化豆粕替代不同比例鱼粉对黄鳝生长性能、体成分、肠道消化酶活力及血清生化指标的影响

Abstract:

以初始体重(19.55±0.15)g的黄鳝(Monopterusalbus)为研究对象,用膨化豆粕分别替代基础饲料(含55%鱼粉)中0、12%、24%、36%和48%的鱼粉,配制膨化豆粕含量分别为0(对照)、9.3%、18.6%、28.0%和37.2%的5种等氮等脂的试验饲料,研究其对黄鳝生长性能、体成分、肠道消化酶活力及血清生化指标的影响,养殖试验持续90d。每种饲料设3个重复,每个重复饲养黄鳝100尾。结果表明:与对照组相比,当膨化豆粕含量大于18.6%时,黄鳝的增重率,机体粗脂肪含量,血清葡萄糖含量,肠道脂肪酶、淀粉酶活力及肌肉中必需氨基酸含量、必需氨基酸/总氨基酸显著下降(P<0.05),饲料系数显著升高(P<0.05);当膨化豆粕含量达到37.2%时,血清尿素氮含量显著升高(P<0.05)。随着饲料中膨化豆粕含量的升高,肠道胰蛋白酶活力呈先上升后下降的趋势,血清谷草转氨酶活力呈下降趋势,而血清谷丙转氨酶活力呈上升趋势。综上所述,以膨化豆粕替代鱼粉,黄鳝配合饲料中膨化豆粕的含量以不超过18.6%为宜。
