三疣梭子蟹幼蟹的蛋氨酸需要量

Abstract:

为确定三疣梭子蟹幼蟹对蛋氨酸的需要量,进行了为期8周的生长试验。试验设计6种等氮等能饲料(粗蛋白质49.5%,总能18.2MJ/kg),饲料中蛋氨酸的添加水平分别为0、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%和1.25%,实测各饲料蛋氨酸含量分别为0.61%、0.77%、0.97%、1.18%、1.44%和1.64%。每种饲料饲喂60只蟹,设成3个重复,每个重复放养平均体重为(11.27±0.13)g的三疣梭子蟹20只,养殖于长方形塑料筐中。结果表明:饲料中蛋氨酸含量对三疣梭子蟹幼蟹的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白质沉积率(PPV)、饲料效率(FE)和蛋白质效率(PER)有显著影响(P<0.05),当饲料中蛋氨酸含量由0.61%增加到0.97%时,WGR和SGR显著提高(P<0.05);当饲料中蛋氨酸含量由0.97%增加到1.44%时,WGR和SGR无显著差异(P>0.05);当饲料中蛋氨酸含量由1.44%增加到1.64%时,WGR和SGR反而显著下降(P<0.05)。三疣梭子蟹全蟹及肌肉粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分和水分含量不受饲料中蛋氨酸含量的显著影响(P>0.05),肌肉氨基酸组成亦不受饲料中蛋氨酸含量的显著影响(P>0.05)。以SGR为评价指标,通过折线模型得出三疣梭子蟹幼蟹对饲料中蛋氨酸的需要量为1.07%(占饲料蛋白质的2.16%)。若考虑到晶体氨基酸在水中的溶失,则三疣梭子蟹幼蟹对饲料中蛋氨酸的需要量为0.96%,占饲料蛋白质的1.94%(以蛋氨酸在海水中浸泡60min后的溶失率10.21%换算)。
