投喂频率对团头鲂幼鱼生长性能、肌肉品质和血浆生化指标的影响

Abstract:

为了探讨团头鲂幼鱼的适宜投喂频率,试验选用初始均重为(1.007±0.004)g的团头鲂幼鱼540尾,随机分为6组(每天分别投喂1、2、3、4、5和6次),每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。在循环流水控温养殖系统中饲养10周后,测定鱼体生长指标、肌肉常规营养成分和血浆生化指标。结果表明:1)与每天投喂1、2、6次相比,每天投喂5次能够显著提高增重率、特定生长率(P<0.05);与每天投喂2、6次相比,每天投喂1和5次可显著降低饲料系数(P<0.05)。2)与每天投喂1、3次相比,每天投喂4次能够显著降低鱼体肌肉中水分含量(P<0.05);与每天投喂1、2、3次相比,每天投喂5次可显著提高鱼体肌肉中粗脂肪含量(P<0.05)。3)随着投喂频率的增加,血浆总蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,且均以每天投喂5次时最高,且此时血浆葡萄糖含量最低。根据本试验结果得出,在循环流水水控温养殖方式下,投喂频率为每天5次时团头鲂幼鱼可获得快速、健康的生长,且依然可保持鱼体肌肉品质,因此建议团头鲂幼鱼养殖的投喂频率为每天5次。
