低饲粮阴阳离子差协同维生素D对黔北麻羊妊娠母羊血浆钙及其调控因子浓度的影响

Abstract:

本文旨在研究低饲粮阴阳离子差(DCAD)条件下添加维生素D对黔北麻羊妊娠母羊血浆钙及其调控因子浓度的影响。将18头健康妊娠母羊随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只羊,各组分别饲喂DCAD为212.4(对照)、-145.5(Ⅰ)、-145.5mmol/kg(Ⅱ)(干物质基础,实测值)的饲粮。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ组在对照组基础上添加45g/d六水合氯化镁,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组基础上添加2000IU/d维生素D。预试期10d,正试期30d。结果表明:1)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组尿液pH显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3组山羊生长性能不受饲粮处理的影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅰ(P>0.05)、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)血浆钙浓度均升高;对照组、Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血浆磷、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素浓度没有显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅱ组较Ⅰ组和对照组显著提高了血浆1,25二羟基维生素D3浓度(P<0.05)。3)Ⅱ组血浆维生素D受体、钙结合蛋白D9k浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,在低DCAD条件下添加维生素D能更有助于维持动物血液钙恒稳状态。
