贵州美酒河流域白酒糟对黔北麻羊羔羊生长性能、氮代谢及血浆免疫指标的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在探讨贵州美酒河流域白酒糟对黔北麻羊羔羊生长性能、氮代谢与血浆免疫指标的影响。采用单因素随机区组试验设计,将32只羔羊随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组白酒糟添加水平分别为7%、14%、21%。预试期10d,正试期30d。结果显示:1)4组羔羊干物质采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组平均净增重、平均日增重显著高于对照组和Ⅲ组(P0.05),但均以Ⅱ组数值最佳;与其余3组相比,Ⅱ组尿氮显著降低(P<0.05),沉积氮、吸收氮、净蛋白质利用率及氮的生物学价值则显著提高(P<0.05)。3)血浆总蛋白、球蛋白含量以Ⅰ组最高,显著高于其他组(P<0.05);白蛋白含量以对照组最低,且与Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05);而对照组和Ⅱ组白蛋白/球蛋白显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,补饲14%白酒糟可有效提高黔北麻羊羔羊生长性能与氮代谢,改善血浆免疫性能指标。
