乳杆菌仔猪肠道黏膜免疫系统的调控及其分子机制

Abstract:

乳杆菌是世界上公认可食用的有益菌类,在维持肠道健康、促进机体免疫系统的发育与成熟等方面发挥重要作用。本文从乳杆菌在仔猪肠道中发挥的作用,被宿主细胞受体识别及介导的免疫调节信号机制,乳杆菌代谢产物乳酸、乳杆菌肽等发挥免疫调控作用的机理等方面系统综述了乳杆菌调控肠道黏膜免疫系统的作用机制,为畜牧生产上合理应用乳杆菌提供科学理论依据。
