中链脂肪酸在新生仔猪上的研究与应用

Abstract:

中链脂肪酸(mediumchainfattyacids,MCFAs)是含有6~12个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸,常温下呈液态。因其独特的结构和代谢途径使其能够被新生仔猪快速有效地消化、吸收和利用,快速补充能量,同时还具有抑菌、调节肠道微生物菌群和促生长的作用。新生仔猪补充饲喂MCFAs可以显著提高新生仔猪的断奶成活率和日增重,改善肠道微生物菌群,提高新生仔猪免疫功能。但MCFAs使用不当时也可能会引起动物体内酮体含量过高、影响仔猪摄乳量等问题。本文综述了MCFAs在新生仔猪上的研究与应用以及存在的问题和解决措施。
