镰刀菌毒素对断奶仔猪生长性能、小肠二糖酶活性和抗氧化能力的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究镰刀菌毒素对断奶仔猪生长性能、小肠二糖酶活性和抗氧化能力的影响。选择35日龄平均体重为(8.45±0.94)kg的健康三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪40头,随机分为2组,对照组20头,试验组20头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂的试验饲粮是用霉变玉米和霉变玉米蛋白粉代替基础饲粮中50%的玉米和玉米蛋白粉配制而成(含玉米赤霉烯酮0.90mg/kg,脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇1.43mg/kg,烟曲霉毒素5.85mg/kg)。仔猪采用单体笼饲养,预试期7d,正试期35d。结果表明:与对照组相比,镰刀菌毒素显著降低了仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),显著升高了料重比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,镰刀菌毒素显著降低了十二指肠和空肠的乳糖酶活性、空肠和回肠的蔗糖酶活性(P<0.05);与对照组相比,镰刀菌毒素显著降低了空肠和回肠的过氧化氢酶活性以及十二指肠、空肠和回肠的总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),显著升高了空肠和回肠的丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。由此得出,本试验条件下,镰刀菌毒素能够降低断奶仔猪小肠二糖酶活性和抗氧化能力,危害小肠健康,并对其生长性能造成负面影响。
