过瘤胃保护胆碱对肉羊生长、消化、血清指标及肉品质的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究过瘤胃保护胆碱(rumenprotectedcholine,RPC)对肉羊生长、消化、血清指标以及肉品质的影响。选用24只杜湖杂交1代公羔,根据体重相近原则随机分成对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(基础饲粮中分别添加0、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%RPC)。预试期15d,正试期60d。结果表明:添加RPC对肉羊的干物质采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),显著或极显著提高了干物质、有机物和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组显著或极显著提高了平均净增重(ANG)和平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低了料重比(F/G)和血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05),但是血清总蛋白(TP)、肌酐(Cr)含量和肌酸激酶(CK)活性都没呈现显著差异(P>0.05)。各试验组间屠宰率差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组较对照组减缓了羊肉宰后12h的pH下降速度,极显著降低了剪切力(P<0.01)。本试验中,在0.25%添加水平下,RPC有降低料重比,提高养分消化率,改善氮利用效率和羊肉品质的效果。
