丁酸和植物提取物在动物组蛋白乙酰化中的作用

Abstract:

表观遗传学是遗传学研究的热点,然而针对畜禽的研究还处在起步阶段。表观遗传学的范畴包括组蛋白质修饰、DNA甲基化、microRNA调控等。本文综述了丁酸和植物提取物等饲料添加剂作为组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)抑制剂在模型动物及畜禽上的研究进展。
