石榴皮多酚提取物对亚急性瘤胃酸中毒相关有害因子的影响

Abstract:

本文通过建立体外亚急性瘤胃酸中毒(subacuteruminalacidosis,SARA)模型,研究不同添加水平的石榴皮多酚提取物(pomegranatepeelpolyphenolextract,PPPE)对SARA相关有害因子的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计,PPPE设3个添加水平,即分别为发酵底物质量的0、4.5%和9.0%,每个水平设5个重复。结果表明:随发酵时间的延长,各组发酵液的pH逐渐下降,添加PPPE可减缓pH的下降,且PPPE添加量为4.5%的组发酵液pH在6、12、18h时显著高于添加量为9.0%的组(P<0.05)。添加PPPE显著降低发酵液中内毒素和组胺含量(P<0.05),且呈现剂量效应。添加PPPE后,发酵液中各挥发性脂肪酸含量均有不同程度地降低,并在部分时间点达到显著水平(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,添加PPPE有助于缓解SARA,且以4.5%的添加量效果较好。
