饲粮能量水平对乌金猪脂肪组织脂类分解代谢相关基因表达的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究饲粮不同能量水平对乌金猪脂肪组织脂类分解代谢相关基因表达的影响。选取体重约15kg的乌金猪54头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪,分别饲喂消化能为11.74(低能组)、12.89(中能组)和14.22MJ/kg(高能组)的饲粮,在体重30、60和100kg时屠宰取皮下脂肪组织,提取总RNA,荧光定量PCR法检测脂肪组织脂肪分解代谢相关酶和因子基因的表达水平。结果表明:饲喂高能量饲粮乌金猪在30和100kg体重时,脂肪组织HSL、CPT-Ⅰ和PPARγ基因的表达水平显著下降(P<0.05),LPL基因的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05);在60kg体重时,4种基因的表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。结果提示,高能量饲粮可降低乌金猪在30和100kg体重时脂肪的分解和脂肪酸的β-氧化,增强60kg体重时脂肪的分解和脂肪酸的β-氧化。
