高水平维生素E对幼建鲤生长性能和消化吸收功能的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究饲料中高水平维生素E对幼建鲤生长性能和消化吸收功能的影响。选用1200尾平均体重(9.46±0.03)g的幼建鲤,随机分为8组,每组3个重复,每重复50尾鱼,分别饲喂维生素E水平为7、107、757、1007、1257、1507、1757和2007mg/kg的试验饲料,试验期60d。结果表明,幼建鲤的增重,摄食量,蛋白质、脂肪和灰分沉积率,肝胰脏和肠道重量及蛋白质含量,以及肠道胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶、碱性磷酸酶和Na+,K+-ATP酶活力均随维生素E含量的增加呈先增加后降低趋势,并在饲料中维生素E含量为1257mg/kg时达到最大值;而饲料系数则呈相反的变化趋势。与NRC推荐量组(饲料维生素E含量107mg/kg)相比,维生素E含量为1257mg/kg组幼建鲤前、中和后肠皱襞高度分别提高了10.85%(P<0.05)、7.48%(P>0.05)和6.24%(P<0.05)。结果提示,适宜高水平的维生素E能显著促进幼建鲤生长和消化器官生长发育,并增强幼建鲤的消化吸收能力。以增重为标识,根据二次曲线法确定幼建鲤饲料中维生素E最适水平为1106mg/kg。
