载铜纳米壳聚糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究不同剂量载铜纳米壳聚糖(CNP-Cu)对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选择108头平均体重(7.20±0.81)kg的21日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮;抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加100mg/kg金霉素;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础饲粮中分别添加50、100、150、200mg/kg的CNP-Cu。试验期28d。饲养试验结束后,前腔静脉采血制血清,测定免疫及抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加CNP-Cu能提高仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重,降低料重比,降低腹泻率,以100mg/kg剂量组的作用效果最佳(P<0.05);2)饲粮中添加CNP-Cu能显著提高断奶仔猪血清补体C3水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加载铜纳米壳聚糖能提高断奶仔猪的免疫和抗氧化机能,提高生长性能,降低腹泻率,具有替代抗生素的潜在应用价值。
