卵形鲳鲹幼鱼的赖氨酸需求量

Abstract:

本试验设计6个不同赖氨酸水平的饲料组(赖氨酸的实际含量分别为2.28%、2.46%、2.63%、2.73%、2.95%、3.28%),旨在探讨卵形鲳鲹幼鱼对赖氨酸的需求量。每个网箱(1.0m×1.0m×1.5m)投放卵形鲳鲹幼鱼[平均初始体重为(14.78±0.41)g]20尾,每组饲料3个重复,每天饱食投喂2次(08:00和16:00),试验期为56d。结果表明,随着饲料中赖氨酸含量的增加,增重率和特定生长率逐渐升高,赖氨酸含量为2.95%和3.28%的组显著高于赖氨酸含量为2.28%、2.46%和2.63%的组(P<0.05);当饲料赖氨酸含量为2.95%时达到最大值,此时增重率和特定生长率分别为523.32%和3.26%/d,然而在赖氨酸含量为2.95%和3.28%的组中这2项指标没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。饲料系数随着饲料赖氨酸含量增加先降低后升高,赖氨酸含量为2.95%时饲料系数最小,为1.37。饲料中赖氨酸含量对卵形鲳鲹全鱼和肌肉营养成分组成以及血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯及总胆固醇含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。通过折线模型分析得出,卵形鲳鲹幼鱼生长的饲料赖氨酸适宜需求量为饲料干重的2.94%,占饲料蛋白质含量的6.70%。
