水产动物理想蛋白质模式研究进展

Abstract:

理想蛋白质模式是饲粮中组成蛋白质的氨基酸或肽之间的平衡关系。以理想蛋白质模式配制饲粮可以显著提高动物的生长性能和饲料利用率,充分利用饲料资源,降低饲粮蛋白质水平,减少氮的排放。这对降低养殖成本、提高养殖效益、有效控制养殖水体总氮污染具有现实指导意义。本文综述了水产动物理想蛋白质模式的定义、研究与应用现状及研究方法等方面取得的进展,旨在为水产动物理想蛋白质模式研究提供参考。
