不同吸收剂对甜菜渣青贮品质及有氧稳定性的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在探讨粉碎干稻桔、干玉米秸、干豆荚作为吸收剂对甜菜渣青贮品质、有氧稳定性的影响。试验分为5组,以湿甜菜渣青贮(无添加)为阴性对照组(水分为82%),湿甜菜渣中分别添加20%(鲜重基础)的粉碎干稻秸(稻秸组)、粉碎干玉米秸(玉米秸组)、干豆荚(豆荚组)和麸皮(阳性对照组)后青贮(水分约70%),每组10个重复,每个重复1kg。结果表明:1)吸收剂的添加显著提高了甜菜渣青贮氨态氮/总氮(P<0.05)、乳酸含量(P<0.01)和乙酸含量(P<0.01),显著降低干物质损失率(P<0.01)和水溶性碳水化合物损失率(P<0.05),降低丁酸的含量,尤其是稻秸组和豆荚组,未检测到丁酸含量。2)吸收剂的添加并未影响甜菜渣青贮营养成分。3)吸收剂的添加显著提高了甜菜渣青贮有氧稳定性及暴露在空气中后各时间点的水溶性碳水化合物含量(P<0.05);豆荚组有氧稳定性最高,达216h。结果提示,添加吸收剂有助于湿甜菜渣青贮品质的提高,养分流失减少,有氧稳定性提高;综合而言,3种吸收剂中,以豆荚和稻秸作为青贮吸收剂效果较优。
