蛋白质在鱼虾免疫能力中的作用

Abstract:

鱼虾对蛋白质的需要量较大,蛋白质是机体生长、繁育、代谢和维持健康等环节中至关重要的营养物质,与机体免疫能力的关系也十分密切。本文对近10年来蛋白质营养对鱼虾免疫能力的作用及其机理的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为鱼虾蛋白质营养与免疫能力关系的深层次研究与实践应用提供依据。
