饲粮脂肪水平对育成期蓝狐生长性能、体脂沉积及血清生化指标的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究饲粮脂肪水平对蓝狐生长性能、体脂沉积及血清生化指标的影响。选取(55±5)日龄、体重相近的健康蓝狐64只,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复2只(公母各占1/2),分别饲喂脂肪水平为12%、26%、40%和54%的试验饲粮。预试期为10d,正试期为156d。结果表明,试验狐各阶段日增重随饲粮脂肪水平的增加呈现先升高再降低的趋势,而血脂、血糖及内脏脂肪率则呈逐渐升高的趋势。当脂肪水平达到54%时,试验狐的肝脂率和肝体指数均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。母狐血清生化指标与体脂沉积各性状的相关性比公狐高。血清甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与肝脂率、肝体指数及内脏脂肪率呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。经对蓝狐生长性能、体脂沉积、血清生化指标综合分析得出,蓝狐具有较高的脂肪耐受性,但育成期蓝狐饲粮脂肪水平不宜超过40%,公狐以饲粮脂肪水平26%组,母狐以饲粮脂肪水平40%组生长最快。
