植物提取物在反刍动物饲养中的应用

Abstract:

植物提取物中含有生物碱、皂苷、挥发油、单宁以及多糖等生物活性成分,具有杀菌、促生长及抗氧化等多种功能,被认为是可以替代抗生素药物的天然饲料添加剂之一。近年来,有关植物提取物在畜禽营养调控及生产应用方面的研究受到广泛关注。本文在总结植物提取物活性成分及功能的基础上,针对其在反刍动物营养调控及生产应用方面的研究进行了综述,重点评述了近年来植物提取物在提高反刍动物的采食量和饲料消化率、抑制甲烷生成、提高过瘤胃蛋白数量、调控瘤胃发酵及改善畜产品品质方面的研究进展,提出了目前植物提取物应用存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
