苯甲酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官指数和胃肠道内容物pH的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究苯甲酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官指数及胃肠道内容物pH的影响。选用72头28日龄仔猪随机分为2个组,每个组12个重复,每个重复3头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮添加5000mg/kg苯甲酸的试验饲粮,试验期为42d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著或极显著提高了仔猪第28天(P<0.05)和第42天(P<0.01)的体重,极显著提高了仔猪在第15~28天、第29~42天和第1~42天的平均日增重(P<0.01),显著降低了仔猪在第15~28天、第29~42天和第1~42天的料重比(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著提高了第14、42天仔猪血清球蛋白和免疫球蛋白G的含量(P<0.05);显著降低了第14、42天血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著提高了第14、42天仔猪小肠、胸腺和脾脏指数(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著或极显著降低了第14、42天仔猪胃和结肠内容物(P<0.05)及第42天尿液的pH(P<0.01)。综上,饲粮中添加5000mg/kg苯甲酸能够降低仔猪胃肠道内容物pH、提高免疫器官指数、改善血清生化指标和提高断奶仔猪的生长性能。
