亚麻籽油对罗非鱼生长性能及肉品质的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究亚麻籽油对罗非鱼的生长性能及肉品质的影响。在1种实用饲料配方的基础上,分别添加0(对照)、1.5%、3.0%、4.5%亚麻籽油,配制4种等氮(粗蛋白质含量为33.5%)的试验饲料。选取初始均重(9.15±0.03)g的吉富罗非鱼360尾,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,饲喂8周。结果表明:3.0%、4.5%组罗非鱼的末重和特定生长率显著高于对照组和1.5%组(P<0.05),而3.0%、4.5%组饲料系数则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4.5%组的蛋白质效率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。4.5%组罗非鱼全鱼粗脂肪含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),3.0%、4.5%组罗非鱼全鱼粗蛋白质含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3.0%、4.5%组罗非鱼肌肉C20:5n-3(EPA)、n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量和n-3/n-6PUFA显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且其肌肉C22:6n-3(DHA)含量显著高于对照组和1.5%组(P<0.05)。3.0%组罗非鱼肌肉C22:5n-3(DPA)含量显著高于对照组和1.5%组(P<0.05)。4.5%组罗非鱼肌肉PUFA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而与1.5%、3.0%组无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加亚麻籽油可改善罗非鱼的生长性能和肉品质,且亚麻籽油的适宜添加水平为3.0%。
