二十二碳六烯酸的提取技术及其在动物生产中的应用

Abstract:

二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是一种具有预防心血管疾病、防治癌症、抑制发炎以及预防老年痴呆等功能的多不饱和脂肪酸。它能够改善动物的生产性能,提高繁殖性能以及生产富含DHA的动物产品。本文综述了DHA的提取技术及其在动物生产中的应用。
