植物多酚的抗氧化能力及其在动物生产中的应用

Abstract:

植物多酚(plantpolyphenols)广泛存在于植物体内,其应用领域广泛,提取工艺成熟,生物活性功能众多,包括抗肿瘤、抗老化、抗辐射以及抗氧化,等等。近年来,随着人们对动物健康和畜产品安全的关注和追求"绿色"产品意识的不断增强,以及植物多酚作为天然抗氧化剂具有"安全、高效"的特点,将植物多酚作为天然抗氧化剂应用到动物生产中成为研究热点。本文对常见的植物多酚,如葡萄多酚、苹果多酚、茶多酚,作为抗氧化剂的抗氧化能力及其在动物生产中的应用进行了综述。
