不同乳酸杆菌添加剂对水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率、氮平衡及血清生化指标的影响

Abstract:

本研究选择2株水貂源乳酸杆菌,研究其对水貂的益生作用。挑选160只体重相近的健康冬毛期雄性水貂,随机分为4组,每组40只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加5×109CFU貂源植物乳杆菌MDL1118(LP)、屎肠球菌MDF1104(EF)和LP+EF(各2.5×109CFU)的试验饲粮。试验期90d。结果表明:Ⅲ组体重及平均日增重高于对照组和Ⅱ组,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组干物质和蛋白质消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);粪氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清总蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组血清免疫球蛋白A含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅳ组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加貂源乳酸杆菌添加剂能够提高营养物质消化率,提高机体免疫机能,这2株貂源乳酸杆菌可作为水貂饲料添加剂的备选菌株。
