益生菌调节蛋鸡胆固醇代谢的研究进展

Abstract:

益生菌作为一种微生物饲料添加剂,适量添加可以对宿主产生多种有益影响,其中调节机体的胆固醇代谢是其有益作用之一.本文从介绍蛋鸡胆固醇代谢特点出发,总结了益生菌对蛋鸡胆固醇代谢调节作用及其机制的主要研究进展,目的是为今后益生菌的研究与应用提供一定的参考依据.
