N-氨甲酰谷氨酸在猪营养中应用的研究进展

Abstract:

N-氨甲酰谷氨酸是N-乙酰谷氨酸稳定的结构类似物,在动物体内与N-乙酰谷氨酸一样可以激活二氢吡咯-5-磷酸合成酶及氨甲酰磷酸合成酶Ⅰ,从而促进内源性精氨酸的合成,进而调节机体的营养代谢。本文综述了N-氨甲酰谷氨酸在猪营养中应用的研究进展。
