饲粮中添加纤维寡糖对生长猪生长性能、结肠菌群和肠黏膜通透性的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的纤维寡糖对生长猪生长性能、结肠菌群和肠黏膜通透性的影响。将96头体重约为20kg的"杜×长×大"生长猪按饲养试验要求分成4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%纤维寡糖的试验饲粮,每组3个重复,每个重复8头猪,试验期42d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2%纤维寡糖使生长猪平均日增重显著提高了7.51%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低了5.93%(P<0.05),并显著增加了结肠中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量(P<0.05),显著提高了结肠上皮细胞跨膜电阻(P<0.05),显著降低了肠上皮对荧光素异硫氰酸酯-葡聚糖的通透性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.3%纤维寡糖对上述各指标有显著影响(P<0.05),但与添加0.2%纤维寡糖作用效果无显著差异(P>0.05);饲粮中添加0.1%纤维寡糖对上述各指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加纤维寡糖可以提高生长猪的生长性能,刺激结肠肠道有益菌的增殖并抑制有害菌的增殖,改善结肠黏膜屏障。本试验条件下,纤维寡糖在生长猪饲粮中的适宜添加水平为0.2%。
