高温对蛋鸡的负面影响及其应对技术措施

Abstract:

由于家禽具有羽毛丰厚、皮肤无汗腺、代谢旺盛、体温高等特点,其生产性能极易受到环境温度的影响,高温一直是影响家禽养殖的一个重要因素。随着全球气候的变暖和夏季极端高温天气的频繁出现,关于高温对养禽业的负面影响及其应对技术措施的研究与认识日益受到重视。本文主要从蛋鸡的行为、采食量、生产性能、血液指标及内分泌机能等方面综述了高温对它的负面影响,并从鸡舍环境控制、营养调控、饲养管理等3个环节阐述了应对高温环境下蛋鸡应激反应的技术措施。
